What is Total MET-CON?

Total MET-CON is all about metabolic conditioning. Long bouts of intense exercise coupled with longer rest periods in between. This is to not only focus on good physical performance but recovery alongside. It's our only class that takes place in the main gym and there is currently a maximum of 10 spaces per class. The class lasts for 45 minutes we aim to cross into all areas of fitness. We work on strength, stamina, cardio, mobility and we make use of the larger olympic bars in order to perform some more technical lifts. This is a great class if your looking to step up your training, learn and add in something completely different to your weekly routine. It's a super beneficial class, can't wait to have you in there!

'Total MET-CON is the newest addition to the One2one Fitness timetable and it's one of my favourites to instruct! We make use of the larger barbells, heavier DB's, rowing machines, treadmills etc . . . All of which can't be used in our regular studio classes. The class is on Sunday mornings at 8am and is £6 to both non members and members. I know that the gang I have turn up at that time and pay are all motivated and in the right mindset to come and smash this one out of the park! Get involved!'
