What is Spin?
Spin is an effective and vigorous indoor cycling workout! It has both a cardiovascular and muscle building effect, predominantly on the lower body. This alongside all classes is performed in our studio where various lights and music playlists are used to create a super motivational atmosphere! The instructor will guide you through several phases and cycling techniques such as the incremental warm up, hill climbs, seated sprints, tempo cadences and cool downs. The instructor will advise on resistance levels however ultimately you are in control of your bike. Constant adjustment is normal and you are able to make it as easy or as hard as you like! All you need is yourself, a sweat towel and a drink and your set to Spin!
