What is Pilates?
Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body with the aim of improving balance and posture. It can be a great tool for the prevention and even rehabilitation of injury. We offer a variety of Pilates classes ranging from those for the complete beginner, an advanced session and a sessions suitable for mixed abilities.
