What is MAX-IT?
MAX-IT is one of our best and most popular additions to the One2one Fitness studio timetable so that says a lot already as we have a very strong line up of classes! The 'IT' stands for interval training and that is exactly what the class delivers! We have a focus each week whether it's sprint based, pace focussed, EMOM/AMRAP based or a good team workout. Everybody hits the session with pure determination and the programming is guaranteed to get the most out of you in the class. Good tunes and an overall decent atmosphere! If you want a fun, but very tough class then this is the one for you!

There are options to make certain moves harder and certain moves more manageable which is why it includes a variety of training styles and I think that the combination of this and the enjoyment factor are major contributors to it's success and popularity!'
