What is HIIT?
HIIT (High intensity interval training) is an enhanced, intense and highly time efficient form of training that will condition your whole body boosting strength, stamina, endurance, and overall physical functionality! It takes on a circuit format alternating between longer intense periods of exercise and shorter recovery intervals. The class lasts for 30 minutes and is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
