Body conditioning is a class that encompasses a whole body workout improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, stamina and endurance. The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It's perfect for someone training towards a specific goal as well as those who just generally want to get in shape! As there are so many ways to condition your body this class changes on a weekly basis incorporating many different methods of training e.g steps, resistance weights, gymsticks, bodyweight exercise etc! The instructor will be able to adapt the class to suit everyone that's involved. So if you want to condition your body and get the best from it then this is the class for you!
