What is Afternoon Tea? 

Our afternoon tea sessions take place in the One2one Fitness main gym and they are specifically targeted at those who are 60 and over. We can't stress how beneficial exercise is for the elderly person, so we really do urge you to come along! You will have the opportunity to come in and gain unlimited use of our free weight, resistance and cardiovascular equipment sections. With the help of our expertly qualified instructors, this session is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. So if you want to have a workout and provide yourself with a great weekly social stimulus then come along and you can enjoy a hot drink on us when you finish!

'The afternoon tea session at the gym is just a must attend for those that are 60 or over and in need of a good exercise session! You can feel comfortable and safe training with our guidance whilst socialising and getting the benefits of physical activity. We've seen first hand how it can improve health and quality of life so we want more to come in and achieve this!'
