Spinning

Spinning is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of the music, taking the highs and lows of the terrain. The instructors will inspire and motivate you through the mountain peaks, through the hills, and push you to the limit. You will have a fantastic cardiovascular workout and will see amazing results, with increased leg strength and muscular endurance. You can burn up to 600 calories per hour!
Class duration: 45 minutes
